Return and Cancellation

When receiving your order you should immediately, in the presence of the person responsible for the delivery, verify that it is in the proper conditions. If you find that your order is damaged, you may return it immediately to the transport company, writing down the damage on the delivery note and simultaneously notifying Pattria, explaining the reason for the claim and / or return.

Pattria reserves the right not to accept returns of products without prior notice, and that do not comply with the same conditions of conformity of the date of delivery to the customer (in particular products that have undergone any kind of use, transformation, damages and / or Lack of original packaging / accessories).

Pattria is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages. The costumer will be responsible for any possible retentions of the products by customs, as well as the payment of any customs fees.

The client can cancel his order, as long as it wasn't already processed. To do so, he must log in on our website and use the costumer service form in the “Contact us” section, specifying the reason for the cancelation and the order code, or the cancellation request may not be accepted.

All orders whose payment is not made within a maximum of 15 days will be canceled.

All purchases made on Pattria's website are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the general conditions of online sale will be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.

These general conditions of online sale, can be changed without prior notice and should therefore be consulted before any order is placed.
